Kyrah Ayers created his first business plan in 2000 while enrolled at CSU Fresno under the instruction of Dr. Stearn who is a fellow of the U.S. Association of Small Business and Entrepreneurship, He also co-chairs the Regional Jobs Initiative Leadership Council and is president of the Central Valley Business Incubator and past chair of the Entrepreneurship Division of the Academy of Management.
The business plan he created in this class was selected by investors.
Since then, he’s drawn up business plans for several other companies that he has founded and partnered with. His most recent has been for Actively Pursuing Goals and Queen Hippie Gypsy that is currently under review for growth investments.
